Refund policy

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size — please check the size guide before ordering. Our jerseys run oversized; size down for a regular fit.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at charliehouston912@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 15+ days or your package is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it or reship your order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
